Mayfield Mortgages was started in 2018 by Kristian Kolb and is based in Reading, Berkshire.

Kristian has a wealth of experience having worked in the financial services industry since 1995. He has been advising on mortgages since 2001 and is fully qualified to Diploma level having passed CeMap, R01 and the Advanced CeMap exams. This is the highest level of qualification currently available for mortgage brokers.

In addition, Kristian has also passed the Certificate in Equity Release allowing him to advise in this area too.

Outside of work, Kristian enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and is a keen runner.
